My NO.1 recommendation is their “beef tongue hitsumabushi”. 3 kinds of beef tongue(Premium, upper-grade, aged tongue) is packed on top of rice and served with grated yam, beef tail soup and more condiments. Here’s how to enjoy it 4 ways! ① On its own ② With some green onion and wasabi ③ Pour over the grated yam ④ Scoop the remaining rice and meat into a small bowl and enjoy with beef tail soup The perfectly grilled beef tongue is super soft but chewy with a tender-crisp texture🥩 There was a layer of homemade crispy soy sauce between the beef tongue and rice which was dangerously good. I could eat another whole serving of rice just with the soy sauce🤤🤤 If you want something more simple, get the “thick cut beef tongue set”.
