Tucked inside the oldest covered market in Paris, behind a line that never seems to end, is the crêpe everyone’s posting right now. 🥞 The galettes at Lulu are almost comically huge — crisp buckwheat edges, melting cheese, the works — folded into something closer to a bouquet than a snack.
The man behind it is Lucien (yes, “Lulu”), a Parisian raised in Nantes who clearly learned his Breton craft properly. Go for a savoury galette, then save room for the apple–salted caramel. 🍎
