Vietnamese food in Brisbane
// @caphela.inala //
This spot has such a huge variety of Vietnamese dishes. And their options are not the usual ones. Many of their dishes are what Vietnamese people eat at home.
They actually have everything ~ from soups (like canh cua) to stir fries, seafood, rice and noodle dishes. I particular like their seafood dishes. The pipis, scallops and steamed fish are good. Their signature dish and MUST try is the crispy sticky fried rice. It is a heavy and filling dish but the textures and flavour are on point. It’s filled with salted egg, mushroom and minced pork 🤩.
For the drinks, you’ve got many options too. The vietnamese coffee is strong and sweet. The mocktails come in HUGEEEE jugs which is eye catching but it’s basically juice 🍊🍓.
You definitely have to come here with a group. On Thursday nights they have live entertainment and karaoke 🎤. And if you know Vietnamese karaoke, it’s another level 🙈.
