Birria Tacos are loaded with slow-cooked beef, cheese, onion, and coriander, all packed into a corn tortilla and grilled in its own juices. It’s the ultimate messy taco experience. These guys have lines every night for these tacos, and that’s not all they serve! They also offer loaded fries, Birria ramen, and even the option to bring your own bag of Doritos to load with Birria meat. Come and give them a try! They’re open Tuesday to Sunday from 6 PM to 1 AM, located at Underwood at the NTG Gym.
