🍜🍥Shinjuku’s Most Creative Ramen
I’ve eaten a lot of ramen in Tokyo, but nothing prepared me for this. If you’re a ramen lover, you can’t leave the city without trying this spot. Just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, tucked into a quiet back alley, you’ll find a shop serving tsukemen unlike anything else.
The thick noodles arrive sitting in a pool of kelp water, soaking up pure umami before you even take a bite. Then comes the lineup: a warm seafood broth, a chilled creamy spicy tantanmen, a Tokyo style soy sauce dip, and a refreshing daikon sauce.
The moment I dipped my noodles into that seafood broth, I knew this place was special. Every combination brought a new flavor, and the creativity behind it all made the meal unforgettable. ❤️🔥🍜
