It’s a whole masterpiece. On arrival you get a glass of French bubbles to set the mood 🥂. Then the savoury and sweet filled board is served to your table with smoke coming out. Our favourite savoury bites were defs the wagyu tataki and salmon sashimi 😋. But there is also moreton bay bug rolls, vegetable gyozas and chicken karaage 🥖🥟. For the sweets, it was so colourful, very beautiful. The mango cheesecake and stone mousse were my faves 🥭🪨. These were just the right sweetness for me and went really well with the floral tea 🍵. The handcrafted chocolate house was for sure the masterpiece of the plate 🍫. It really was incredible.
