And not just any high tea, but the most beautiful and intricate high tea at @eucalyptusroombyperspective 🥹 Last week I was a VERY lucky boi and got to go and have high tea at Eucalyptus Room - some of you may remember me talking about how beautiful their dessert degustation is, and the high tea is just as exceptional. @chefandrewmccrea is so bloody talented 🫖 For me one of my favourite parts of the Perspective / Eucalyptus experience is getting to hear the stories behind everything - Andrew puts so much thought and love into every detail from the dishes you’re eating, right down to the teacups you’re using (which are these beautiful 100 year old pieces by the way).
