The place I’m introducing to you is American Diner Andra, which is located near the Ueno Station in Tokyo. This spot got their attention for its melted cheese smash Burger. However, I wanted to have their Smash Burger. The patty was meaty, juicy, and nicely burnt on the edge, but their tomato sauce was a bit sweet, which threw me off.
