There’s a cover charge (otoshi), which includes a plate of sashimi—¥660 per person. Great quality and seriously delicious.
Highly recommend the kinki fish—grilled to perfection, incredibly buttery and delicate (¥6,000). The rice is cooked a nambu iron pot using premium grains from Japan’s top rice master, Yoshimitsu Honda. So good! Also loved the shiitake mushrooms and eggplant—simple, but full of umami.
